“As noted above, the company was incorporated to hold investments on behalf of itself and the wider group. The director has assessed the impact, and potential impact, of the Russia-Ukraine war on this activity and this was considered to be minimal as the investments have now been fully disposed. All business expenses have been met without the need for further external borrowing and there is no reason to foresee any change in this situation. The company will continue to receive support from Toscafund Asset Management LLP to ensure that all operating expenses are met. This function of holding investments is also seen as necessary for the group in the years ahead and, consequently, Toscafund Investments Limited is considered to be a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date of this report.”
