“The Directors have performed an assessment over the Albion Care Communities Group's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. Having prepared forecasts based on current resources and assessing methods of obtaining additional finance, the Directors believe the Company has sufficient resources to meet its obligations for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
