“Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group will have adequate resources to continue to operate for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of these accounts including severe yet plausible downside scenarios that Group will have sufficient funds to meets its liabilities as they fall due for that period. Therefore, it is on this basis that the Directors have continued to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.”
