“After evaluating this information, market and regulatory data, and leveraging the knowledge and experience of the Group and its markets, the Directors are comfortable that the Group will continue to generate positive cash flow, maintain regulatory capital surpluses, continue operate, comply with its existing financing arrangement and meet its liabilities for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors have assessed that they can rely on the financial and operational support from Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc.
