- “On 11 March 2026, GuarantCo entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Cardano Development B.V. for the acquisition of the Company's entire issued share capital. The transaction completed on 8 April 2026. At completion, GuarantCo and the Company executed a Deed of Termination in respect of the existing Management Agreement, which ceased to apply from the acquisition date. Following completion, the Company was integrated into PIDG as a wholly owned subsidiary of GuarantCo.”
