- “On 24 January 2024, Pollen Street Limited ("PSL"), the Company's ultimate parent at the time, successfully introduced a new parent holding company based in Guernsey, named Pollen Street Group Limited ("PSGL"). On 14 February 2024, PSL distributed the entire issued share capital in Pollen Street Capital Holdings Limited, the Company's immediate parent, to Pollen Street Group Limited. The purpose of this is to better reflect the Group's operations as a commercial enterprise, broaden the universe of potential investors, improve the marketability and liquidity of Pollen Street shares and bring the listing classification in line with our quoted peer group.”
