“The existing consolidated cash and cash equivalents at 31 December 2025 of the Group, together with the net proceeds from the February 2026 Offering and the net proceeds from the exercise of all of the outstanding ADS Warrants, are expected to be sufficient to fund operations and capital expenditure requirements for the Group, into 2028.
