“The Company is not currently revenue generative and ensures it has sufficient working capital through the issue of its equity instruments or from funding provided by its parent. When the investment bond is launched the listing costs will be funded by Synergis therefore a further fund raising is anticipated within the next 12 months. Global Investment Strategy UK Limited has confirmed to the company both its intention to continue to support the company and ability to do so. The Directors have considered both the commitments and funds available to the Company coupled with the cost base and ongoing support provided by its parent company, Global Investment Strategy UK Limited and have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate cash resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and for at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
