“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which presumes that the Group and Company will be able to meet their obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future. If additional funding were required to be provided to Respira International Ltd, the Company would in turn require further funding from its existing shareholders. The director, who is also the major shareholder, has a reasonable expectation that such funding will be forthcoming if required and the Group and Company will be able to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.”
