“The financial statements have been prepared under a going concern basis, with bank loans of £11.8 million due during the year being repaid by securing a new bank loan amounting to £11.35 million. As a result, the Directors believe that the Group has sufficient funding in place and is expected to generate positive cashflows over at least the next 12 months to allow the financial statements to be presented on a going concern basis.”
