“The Company made an operating profit of £1,678,853 (2024: £1,143,985) in the year and had net assets of £2,508,028 (2024: £829,175) at the year end. The directors have considered relevant information, including the annual budget, forecast future cash flows and the impact of subsequent events in making their assessment. Based on these assessments and having regard to the resources available to the entity, the directors have concluded that there is no material uncertainty and that they can continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The directors consider it a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future of at least one year from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
