The assessment includes the impact conflicts in Russia and Ukraine and the Middle East. The Directors consider that the Company has existing and expected agreements for the provision of investment management services that will generate further resources to enable the Company to continue its operational activities and meets its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”
