“The Company's immediate parent undertaking and ultimate controlling party, GIP ATLAS Holdings Limited, has provided support to the Company and has confirmed that it will continue to provide such commercial and financial support as is necessary for the Company to continue in operation without any significant curtailment of its operations for the foreseeable future and at least for the next twelve months following the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025.”
