“The directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements based on the forecasted future profitability and net assets of the Company. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

This was followed by the successful approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the USA in October 2025, since that date the Europe Union has approved the use of Elinzanetant. The drug under its commercial name, Lynkuet was launched in November 2025, where the company received its first royalties.”
