“The Company's ultimate parent entity is Gresham House Limited (Parent), which performs a going concern assessment at the Group level and considers the cash flows and risks across the Group. On the basis the company has no trading cashflows and does not have sufficient cash and liquid assets to pay its creditors, the Parent has provided a letter of support stating that it intends to support the Company to continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements to provide for any liabilities as they fall due and provide day to day working capital. On the basis of such review, ongoing support and the Company's predictable minimal operating cost profile, the directors consider that the adoption of a going concern basis is appropriate.”
