“Whilst noting the significant economic uncertainty, after making assessments regarding the quality of assets and liquidity facilities in place, the directors have formed a judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Should there ultimately be insufficient funds available, any unpaid amounts due on the Notes are discharged in full due to the limited recourse nature of the Company's borrowings.”
