“The Directors have prepared cash flow and covenant forecasts for the period to 30 June 2027 in order to assess the requirements of the Group company that period (the 'going concern period'). This assessment is based on the 2026 budget, and management's cashflow forecast for 2027. An assessment of the risks to the business was performed as part of the normal year end outlook of the Group.”
