“The directors have made an assessment of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Board is satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation and meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue and therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. A letter of comfort has been supplied from SC Ventures Holdings Limited, which states they will continue to provide the Company financial support.”
