Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
Ratios
Computed from the line items above — sparklines read oldest → newest
| Ratio | Trend | 2019-12-31 | 2020-12-31 | 2023-12-31 | 2024-12-31 |

| Return on capital employed | — | — | 4.2% | 9.9% | |
| Gearing (liabilities / total assets) | — | — | 49.1% | 48.0% | |
| Current ratio | — | — | 0.04x | 0.03x | |
| Interest cover | — | — | 1.57x | 5.60x |
Margins divide P&L lines by turnover. Gearing is liabilities over total assets. Current ratio is current assets over creditors falling due within one year. Interest cover is operating profit over absolute finance costs. Margin ratios are hidden where reported turnover is too small relative to profit to yield a meaningful figure — typical of holding companies whose income is mostly subsidiary dividends rather than trading revenue. “The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. After making enquires and taking into consideration the profit and net current liability position of the Company, the Directors have formed a judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future based on the letter of financial support from Brockton Everlast Inc. Limited which covers a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these accounts. For this reason the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. In reaching this conclusion, the Directors have considered the ability and willingness of Brockton Everlast Inc. Limited to provide such support.”
Significant events
- “In January 2025, MA Propco 14 Limited, a fellow, wholly-owned subsidiary of RF 51 Limited, became a borrower under the Company's existing loan facility (note 18). As a result, the financial covenants detailed in note 18 are now also calculated by reference to the income and investment property held by MA Propco 14 Limited.”
