“Notwithstanding these actions, the Group remains reliant on continued access to external funding and the successful execution of its funding strategy. Having considered the available funding capacity under the amended warehouse facility, together with the optionality provided by the Falcon Master Trust and the flexibility developed through Project Ulysses, as well as ongoing shareholder support, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group will have sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
