“In adopting the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements, the directors have considered the business activities, as well as the Company's principal risks and uncertainties, within the company's cash flow forecasts and projections through to December 2030. These forecasts demonstrate that the Company is reliant upon its parent undertaking for its future liquidity needs. The parent undertaking has informed the directors of its intention to provide such liquidity support for a period no less than one year from the approval of the financial statements.”
