- “On 10 March 2023 the Company made a TISE announcement that on 7 March 2023, the Company was advised that one of the investment properties leased to Lotus Sanctuary CIC was housing private tenants and not social housing tenants. At an EGM held on 3rd June 2024, changes were made to the Company's Listing Document. The Company undertaken a comprehensive review of its investment objectives, with a strategic aim to broaden the scope and optimise yield generation, thereby enhancing its capacity for capital raising initiatives. The outcome of the review was the expansion of the investment objective, policy and restrictions to allow a diversification into Social Housing, Affordable Housing and the Private Rental Sector up to maximum portfolio compositions of 50%, 80% and 30% of GAV respectively. Following the changes to the Company's Listing Document in June 2024, the breach has been rectified.”
- “During the year ended 31 March 2025 the Group remained compliant with the debt facility. In April 2024 and July 2024, £300,000 and £100,000 of the secured deposit were released to an unrestricted bank account, respectively. During the April 2025 debt reporting, the debt facility fell into a cash trap trigger event, with £117,514 being transferred to the secure cash trap account. Subsequently, for the July 2025 debt reporting the debt facility was no longer in a cash trap position and £100,000 has been released to an unrestricted bank account. As at 31 March 2025, the secured cash amounted to £912,071 (2024 £1,318,704).”
