“The company and group are reliant on parent support to perform its primary activity and have received assurance from its parent undertaking, US based Sequoia Capital Operations, LLC ('the LLC'), that it will continue to give financial and operational support to the company and the group for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Should the financial support not be forthcoming, the going concern basis used in preparing the company's financial statements may be invalid and adjustments would have to be made necessary should this basis not continue to be appropriate. The director does not consider there to be cause for material uncertainty in respect of the company and the group's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements are therefore prepared on the going concern basis.”
