“The Directors of the Company have made an assessment of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern covering the period to 30 September 2026 and are satisfied that the Group has the resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future. The Company had outstanding debt of £5,000,000 owing as at 31 March 2025 which was fully repaid by June 2025. The Company was in compliance with all financial covenants as at 31 March 2025 with significant headroom, and is not expected to breach any covenants for the foreseeable future. Furthermore, the Directors are not aware of any material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Therefore, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
