“The Directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and will have adequate funds available to meet its obligations as they fall due. The Directors are satisfied that the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis due to the ongoing performance of the Receivables. ...
