“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as outlined in note 2 of the financial statements. The Directors have considered the Company's capital and liquidity position, including the availability of reinsurance arrangements, projected cash flows, and financial forecasts. The Company remains well-capitalised, with sufficient regulatory capital and liquidity to meet its obligations as they fall due. Based on this assessment, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
