“In conclusion, the directors believe the entity has the ability to continue to operate as a going concern, and that there is no intention to liquidate or cease trading, and that there are no material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that individually or collectively cast significant doubt on the financial ability to continue as a going concern. For these reasons it is considered appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
