“The directors have evaluated the Company's financial structure, assessed the capital resources currently available and considered the strategic commitment of the Capital Group to the ongoing growth and development of its business in Europe and in Asia. In light of these evaluations and the Capital Group's demonstrated capacity to support these initiatives, the directors are of the opinion that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
