“The directors consider that the Company will continue to trade for at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment in cash. On this basis, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

In addition to this, the Company made the following issuances after the year-end, the proceeds of which were on-lent to Borrowers under the relevant associated loan agreements.”
