“The TRIG Group is in a net asset position. The renewed facility is available until 31 March 2028 with the option to extend for a further 24 months. The facility was £313.0m drawn at the date of signing these financial statements. Considering all relevant factors, including the review of the Company and the wider TRIG Group's cash flow forecasts, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
