“The directors consider that the Company will continue to trade for the unforeseeable future from the date of this Annual report and financial statements by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment. The Company has made all due payments for principal and interest on time. Taking all of the above into account, the directors consider that it is appropriate to use the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.”
