Shop Direct Finance Company Limited ("SDFC") has also indicated its intention to not recall or demand any repayment of the balances due to SDFC as at 28 June 2025, except that insofar as the funds of the company permit repayment and that such repayment will not adversely affect the ability of the company to carry on its business operations as a going concern.
