Subsequent to the reporting date, the Company received a capital contribution from its immediate parent, Webull Holdings (UK) Ltd, which was funded by a share subscription from Webull Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The capital injection was made to support the Company's regulatory capital requirements and future business activities.”
