In assessing whether the going concern basis is appropriate, the directors have considered the company's current financial position, cash flow forecasts and available financing facilities. The directors have prepared forecasts covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
