  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The contractual maturity of the Loan is in December 2026. The Directors have inquired with the Borrower and they have suggested that it is their intention to either extend or refinance the Loan but as at the reporting date, no decision has been made as to whether this will be an extension of the original structure, a refinance in the original structure or if a new structure will be created. There is, at this stage, no legal obligation or confirmed intention to extend or refinance the Loan. These circumstances indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
