“The financial statements have been prepared on the basis that the Company will continue as a going concern. The directors have considered the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, taking into account the Company's current financial position, cash flows, and future business plans. Based on this assessment, the directors believe that the Company will have sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
