“As at 31 December 2024, the Company had net current liabilities of £200 (2023: £140). The net current liabilities position of the Company is resulted from the unpaid capital contributions due to ICP (Finch) GP LLP, ICP Pesca GP LLP, ICP Aqua GP LLP and ICP Trinity GP1 LLP. The Company has the power to determine the repayment terms of this unpaid capital and therefore has been considered as part of the going concern assessment. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
