“The Directors have considered the trading and liquidity forecasts for the Company and concluded that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The net liability position of the Company is driven by balances with other entities within the Ki Group, particularly the $28,695.0k loaned by KFL. As assurances have been received that KFL will not request repayment of the loan unless sufficient funds are available, the net liabilities are not considered a risk to the going concern status. Accordingly, the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
