“The Directors have considered the Company's forecasts and projections, and, taking into account its funding arrangements and support from the Allwyn Group, have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company has received a letter of support from Allwyn AG, which commits to making support available if it is required at a point in time covering the foreseeable future and no less than a period of at least 12 months from the approval of the financial statements. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
