  The Directors have a reasonable expectation, based on the information available to them, that the Company will continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. However, at the date of approval of the financial statements, the Directors of the parent company, Maslow V Limited, have not yet decided whether the Company will continue to originate new loans once all existing loans are repaid in full, which is expected to occur in 2026. Should the Directors decide not to originate further loans, the Group and the Company would cease to trade thereafter.
