“The Company shareholders, HCN UK Investments Limited and Veilchenblau Estates Limited, have agreed to provide the Group with the necessary financial support and working capital for their proportionate ownership amounts, for at least one year from the date of the approval of these financial statements to allow the Group to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Having regard to the financial support described above, the Group meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through funding from the joint venture partners, operating cash flows and debt financing. Consequently, the directors are confident that the Group will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
