• “Titan Alternatives Limited ("TAL") has entered into a Security Accession Deed with Ares Management Limited ("Ares") on behalf of other Theia group companies that hold debt with Ares. While TAL itself does not have any direct debt obligations with Ares, the deed stipulates that if any group company fails to settle its debt, Ares has the right to confiscate TAL's assets. The securities granted include fixed and floating charges over TAL's assets, such as properties, equipment, intellectual property, and accounts.
