- “At a general meeting of the Company held on 16 September 2025, a special resolution was passed to cancel an amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account. Following the passing of that resolution, such cancellation was subject to the approval of the High Court. High Court approval was given and the associated court order was registered by the Registrar of Companies on 13 November 2025. Accordingly, the cancellation became effective as of 13 November 2025 and had the result of increasing the Company's distributable reserves by £11,417,081.”
