Material uncertainty over going concern
Whilst there is no legal obligation or confirmed intention that the Portfolio Option Holder will exercise the Portfolio Purchase Option, the directors deem it more likely than not that it will be exercised, due to the step-up in margin on the Notes after the optional redemption date. The directors are therefore of the opinion that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. As such, the directors have elected to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis with material uncertainty. The Company's financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.
