“The Company has net current assets of £26,146,721 (31 December 2023: £15,961,136). Aviva Investors CTF Holdco 1 Limited has confirmed that it will provide additional support, for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, as required by the Company in order to settle its liabilities as and when they fall due but only to the extent that money is not otherwise available to the Company to meet such liabilities. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
