“Based on projected cash requirements and available funding resources from Squarepoint affiliates, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources (both financial and regulatory) to continue in operational existence for a period of twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. Furthermore, the directors are not aware of any material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
