“After reviewing the Company's performance, and amendments in the transaction documents, the directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations and to continue in operational existence for the for at least 12 months from the date that the directors approve the financial statements. For this reason, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
