“The Company is expected to remain as a going concern for the foreseeable future. To form a view as to the most appropriate basis of preparation of these financial statements, the Directors have assessed the likelihood of whether the Company will be able to continue trading over the foreseeable future versus the likelihood of either intending to or being forced to cease trading and liquidating the Company. As discussed further in the Directors report, the Directors consider that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
