“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. As future cashflows on notes in issue are linked to future cash inflows on the underlying mortgages the Directors believe that the Company has adequate resources to make all payments in accordance with the Prospectus.”
