“In order to form a view as to the most appropriate basis of preparation of these financial statements, the directors have assessed the likelihood of whether the Company will be able to continue trading over the foreseeable future versus the likelihood of either intending to or being forced to either cease trading or to place the Company into liquidation. It is the intention of the directors for the Company to continue operations until such a time as the amounts due from the Notes have been fully realised. Therefore, the directors consider that the Company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
